5 Women. 1 Goal. Feel Better by Christmas.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “I really need to start taking better care of myself,” you are definitely not alone.
Maybe your energy isn't what it used to be.
Maybe you're not sleeping as well as you'd like.
Maybe your clothes aren't fitting quite the way you want them to.
Maybe you've been saying you're going to get back into a routine, but work, kids, family, vacations, and just life keep getting in the way.
And maybe you've told yourself you'll start in January.
I don't want you to wait until January.
Christmas is still several months away. That's plenty of time to make some meaningful changes in the way you feel.
Not through a crazy diet.
Not by spending hours on a treadmill.
And definitely not by trying to completely overhaul your life overnight.
Instead, I'm looking for 5 women with one goal: to feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident in their bodies by Christmas.
Here's what we're going to focus on.
3 days in the gym each week.
You'll have the option of doing:
• 2 strength training classes + 1 Pilates class or • 3 strength training classes
That's it. Three days.
Not seven. Not every single day. Just three days that you commit to yourself.
We'll also work on a few simple things outside the gym:
Protein. We'll establish a protein goal and work on consistently hitting it.
Movement. We'll look at your current daily steps and work toward adding another 2,000–3,000 steps a day.
Accountability. You'll have someone checking in, encouraging you, and helping you stay on track when life inevitably gets busy.
And most importantly, you'll have a place to show up where other women are doing the same thing.
This isn't about getting smaller.
I'm not interested in putting women on another restrictive diet or making you feel like your body needs to be fixed.
I want you to get stronger.
I want you to have more energy.
I want you to sleep better.
I want you to feel confident walking into the gym and knowing what you're doing.
And yes, I'd love for you to get to Christmas and realize that your favorite clothes are fitting better, too.
Because when you consistently strength train, eat enough protein, move your body, and give yourself a little accountability, your body can change.
But so can the way you feel.
And here's the thing...
You don't have to be in great shape to start.
You don't have to know how to strength train.
You don't have to be motivated every day.
You don't have to have a perfect diet.
You don't even have to like exercise.
You just have to be willing to show up three times a week and give yourself a chance.
That's what I'm looking for in these five women.
This isn't a 30-day quick fix. We're looking at the next 3–4 months, because real change takes time.
And I don't want you to reach Christmas thinking, “Thank goodness that's over.”
I want you to reach Christmas thinking:
“Holy cow. Look what I was able to do when I finally made myself a priority.”
I'm looking for 5 women.
If you're between 30 and 50 and this sounds like you, I'd love to talk to you.
We'll sit down for a No Sweat Intro, talk about where you are now, where you'd like to be by Christmas, and whether WOMAN Fitness is the right place to help you get there.
No pressure. No awkward sales pitch. Just a conversation.
If you're ready to stop waiting for the “right time” and start doing something for yourself, schedule your No Sweat Intro and let's talk.
5 women. 1 goal. Let's see what the next few months can do.
